I’m thrilled to share that Avanti Green Eco Cleaning, our environmentally friendly commercial and residential cleaning service based in Southern Nevada, has won first place — and $35,000 in services — in the AI Pitch Competition hosted by the Nevada Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and sponsored by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and PREDICTif Solutions, a Houston-based data analytics leader.
We were one of only 10 startups selected from more than 50 applicants to present our ideas. I had the honor of representing Avanti Green on April 16, pitching our AI-powered route optimization and scheduling platform.
With the support of AWS, PREDICTif Solutions, and the SBDC, we’re tackling one of the biggest challenges in the home-services industry: smart route optimization and scheduling. This innovation will help us reduce an average of 40 hours per week in administrative tasks and cut common scheduling errors by 90 percent.
Currently, creating daily schedules manually consumes 20–30% of our administrative time, slows customer acquisition, and leaves room for human error. Our AI system will enhance route optimization, streamline team assignments, and manage real-time updates while offering predictive scheduling.
Inspired by Amazon’s Rabbit dispatching system, we even see potential to license this platform to other businesses in our industry. This project will also help us reach a major goal — franchising Avanti Green and operating efficiently in multiple markets.
Now, we’re excited to work with PREDICTif’s engineers and project managers to bring this vision to life using AWS tools.
